What I collect, and what I do with it

This site is run by Not A Money Person (notamoneyperson.com). I keep this short and plain. If anything here isn't clear, email me at [email protected].
What I collect
- Your first name and email address, only if you type them into a signup form (like the one for the free 2-Minute Bank Check). The first name is optional.
- Anything you send me when you reply to an email or write to [email protected].
I don't ask for anything else. I don't run ad trackers or analytics on this site, and the site itself doesn't set cookies.
Why I collect it
- To send you the free printable you asked for.
- To send you a few follow-up emails about it, and the occasional "here's what I tried this month" email.
- To read and answer your replies.
I only email you because you signed up and said yes. That consent is the legal reason I use your details, and you can take it back at any time.
Who helps me
A few services handle the details on my behalf. I don't sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
- systeme.io stores my email list and sends the emails.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and passes your signup to systeme.io. Like any web host, it handles basic technical details such as your IP address to deliver pages and block abuse.
- Google Fonts provides the fonts on this site, so your browser asks Google's servers for them. Google sees your IP address when that happens.
- Gmail is where emails sent to [email protected] arrive.
These companies may store data in other countries, including the United States.
How long I keep it
I keep your name and email until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. After that, I remove you from the list.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're off the list.
- See, fix or delete your details: email [email protected] and I'll do it.
- If you're in the EU or UK: you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
- If you're in California: I don't sell or share your personal information.
Kids
This site isn't meant for anyone under 16, and I don't knowingly collect their details. If you think a child signed up, email me and I'll delete it.
Changes
If I change what I collect or how I use it, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
